A California native, Kevin Heaning relocated to Austin in 2011 and quickly developed a passion for the region’s natural beauty and community. A proud Texan, he is actively involved in the local area.

Kevin transitioned to real estate in 2017 after a successful 20-year career in technology sales, where he focused on enhancing customer engagement and support. Now, he leverages this experience to provide outstanding service to clients buying, selling, and investing in property. His client base is largely referral-based, and many clients become lasting friends.

An enthusiastic animal advocate, Kevin is a long-term volunteer with Aus.tin Boxer Rescue. He and his partner Ashley share their home with two rescue boxers, Matilda and Franklin.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys running through Austin and exploring the scenic hill country with friends, taking advantage of the Texas weather.
